Three years, number two in the market, and number one in the hearts of our clients!


Three short years ago, we joined together to create Real Estate Central, an independent agency serving the Kanawha Valley that broke with tradition. Our vision was three-fold.


First, no fancy offices will do. We believe a real estate agent’s best work is done in their community, so our simple yet comfortable hubs for transaction activity are more than sufficient. With up-to-the-minute technology, our REALTORS® operate as their own business.


By reducing overhead, we are able to reduce fees yet pay our agents better, so we have been able to create a win-win situation for our clients and agents alike.


Secondly, with hundreds of years of combined real estate experience, we know that clients prefer personalized, professional service. Thus, our business climate emphasizes a relaxed atmosphere in which agents work side-by-side with the client, guiding them through the buying or selling process.


We are huge on giving each customer our personal attention. Our agents become your best resource in buying or selling your property!


Finally, at the heart of any good business is doing business with a heart. We agreed that the agency must be designed to give back to the community in ways that are organic to our purpose.


With this commitment in mind, Real Estate Central has organized numerous community activities that have benefited schools, shelters and countless local organizations, including participation in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters annual Myrtle Beach Party and helping build a home for Habitat for Humanity. And watch for our upcoming participation with a large community project slated for 2009!


In three short years, we have become the fastest-growing real estate agency in the market by helping thousands of people relocate. Real Estate Central now ranks second in the Kanawha Valley market by the number of sold transactions, as well as second by the total market share listed and sold.


Since our beginning, we have expanded from four to dozens of agents with a minimal recruiting campaign, opened two additional offices and hired a sales manager.


The past three years have gone so quickly, it has seemed more like three days! It’s been worth the demands to establish an agency that values relationships with its agents, its clients, community and real estate professionals.
